“LomoLove is a celebration of alternative film photography in the present sea of digital images and formal techniques. The occasion is also homage to everything Pinoy as seen through slices of life of 29 lomographers. Using more than 2000 photos to cover the walls of the gallery, the exhibit presents vibrant images taken with unique cameras with multiple lenses, rainbow-colored flashes, optical distortions, and light leaks. This mosaic of colors is known as a lomowall and it is the first in the country,” At Maculangan, professional photographer and the acknowledged Father of Philippine Lomography, explains.
Featuring the lomographs of: Sharon Atillo, Monica Barretto, Sarah Encabo, Zoe Ezequiel, Danielle Faber, Marge Francia, Mon Guinto, Ria Henares, Jimmy Hilario, Francis Inton, Angel Joyosa, Jill Lejano, Anna Lim, Ice Lim, At Maculangan, Bibingka Maculangan, John Michael Policarpio, Jed Quiambao, Cary Reyes, Katrina Rodrigo, Bong Rojales, Tere Salvador, Dek Tinawin, Jo Tripon, Timmy Tuason, Rollie Valenzuela, Melanie Valera, Jake Verzosa, and Richelle Vibal.
